| Water seeping through surrounding concrete had created a hazardous situation in a hotel boiler room. Numerous paints and treatments had been applied by management, but with little success. | Safety~Stride non slip one part epoxy was applied to seal out the moisture and create a slip free, attractive surface. It is currently stopping water from seeping through the concrete as well as allowing water to run over it when the boiler expels excess water. |
